The Keller House, Solstice Canyon

Above video is from an Echovox Session this past March in Solstice Canyon at the site of what use to be a hunting lodge.  This structure before it burned down ithe 2007 Coral Canyon Fire was modified and upgraded from an original settlers house in 1865.  The lodge was modified around 1903.
The Keller house is a former hunting lodge which was modified from an original settler’s home built in 1865.  Because of the canyon’s history of fires the walls were covered in stone and the roof was tin. In 2007 from what I was told a wooden deck addition to the house served as the catalyst that allowed the structure to burn down to the ruin that is today. This has not been verified but never the less the little hunting lodge which stood for over a century as it was modified around 1903 is now just a ruin of stone walls, foundation and a fire place.

There is a very nice article on the history of Solstice Canyon in an article written by a Pepperdine University Student in 2005.  It can be found at this web address.

The response in the above video of this short Echovox session is  "He's in there, he's right here" This was a direct response to my question which makes it very interesting.
