On the King Gillette Ranch page you have heard and scene evidence from the guest house, also known as the white house which resides by the park information center. The park information center was formerly the horse stables for the estate. You have heard my early captures which were recorded primarily in the upstairs hallway, master bedroom and the tower room. On this page we will explore the rest of the house and the estate of which there have been EVP and ITC captures.
The billiards room which could also be considered perhaps a study. Large enough for good size conference room at that. We have heard disembodied voices in this room during group EVP sessions.
The basement which is large enough to be considered a compound. A whole floor of rooms and hallways unto itself.
We will also visit some of the other structures which exist on the estate. The cook's house. Also a former estate garage which was converted into a house / dormitory for students when the estate was a school. The large two story dormitory. And I shall present some audio captures from the outside of the buildings in the open air on the estate grounds.

9 minutes into this 10 minute segment and the church who once owned KCG is being discussed. When it is mentioned that the beautiful furniture and art work being stored away should be moved back into the rooms of the house at 9:50 a moan which sounds feminine is heard.

We thought that maybe at the time, communication may have been made with a deceased paranormal investigator.

Entrance to the KCG basement
The basement is actually a floor and a complex onto itself. Basement is not a true description of what this area really is. There may be multiple spirit entities passing through the hallways of the basement area. Varied personalities, perhaps not related to, or aware of the spirit entities which inhabit the upstairs floor of the south side of the house.
From my report:
As I am setting up in the hallway of the basement I am adjusting one of my external lights for my camera. I say to myself, I need to get this light straightened out. At 1:03 the same voice that said "I am the Director" seems to be encouraging me to get the light squared away when he says "Find the problem".
I have set up my stationary camera and am walking the hallway when at 1:42 a male voice says "He fucked up!"
Just as I start this recording you can hear my fingers on the recorder and in the midst of that 3 seconds into the recording you hear a very definite "Hello" Then I cough and I note that is me coughing and you hear the same voice that said hello at 10 seconds say "Still Pouring" Mind you, that I am the only person in the basement other than Julio our Ranger for the day and he is not in the area at this time and nor is this his voice.

As I continued the investigation in the basement there is a voice at 29 seconds. It sounds male and says "What do you want". There is a very unusual room and this room sinks down maybe 10 feet and has a ceiling that rises 25 feet. Some very steep stairs lead down into this strange room. Maybe it was a boiler room at one time but it is empty now. Four skeletonized dead mice lay scattered on the floor. There is a 8 inch pipe on the bottom of the north wall which could have been intended for drainage incase the boiler exploded. If there was a boiler. As I am marveling at this strange room there is a voice at 35 seconds . Male voice saying "Tell him to leave us alone! We do not need him there!" As I begin to step into the strange room at 42 seconds a male voice screams "Stop!" At 54 seconds the male voice screams "Go Away!" as I am inside the strange room, examining the room.
As I am still in the room at 1:43 a voice says "Die!". I can hear Julio our ranger for the day check some locked doors and at 1:54 a voice says "Look at me!"

In this above video from the Basement at King Gillette Ranch, not only is my name called but the name of my two brothers, Roy and Howard and, my deceased father.
This above video is from a June 2014 investigation. This hallway in the basement area at King Gillette Ranch leads to the pool area. The initial sound I heard that you will hear me mark as ambient noise is a voice calling my name. This same voice calls my name again later in the video but I did not hear it at the time. The basement area, is even more active then the upstairs where the master bedroom is and that is very, very active. The spirits heard in the basement area impress me as being people who were in someway associated with the estate in life but not necessarily members of those families who owned the estate.

During previous visits here, a medium has detected the spirits of children by this oak tree several times. In this video of a Spirit Box PSB-7 recording you will hear at least four names of what sounds like three boys and one girl.
This audio was recorded by this grid panel you see in the above photo. This is located near the two story dormitory. What was happening is this door you see that is open was opening and closing in a very peculiar fashion. It was a windy day so my inclination was to believe it was the wind effecting this door. You will hear that when I verbally state my belief that, this is not paranormal a unknown voice calls to me by name and says that it is paranormal.
Here is an Echovox session by the former garage which was converted into living quarters and offices. A spirit says "I hate you" and Rob Wlodarski, author and long time paranormal investigator questions what was said and the spirit says "Oops!" This response certainly displays awareness and intelligence.

On a blustery day this past year, I was walking the grounds of the King Gillette Ranch. As I walked from the dormitory towards the Gillette mansion I verbally noted for the recorder that I was walking toward the house. The Spirit Box PSB-7 was running at this time and just after I verbally noted this a male voice can be heard to come over spirit box speaker and say "The house?".
