Might have been 2010, I cannot remember exactly but, we were in the boiler room of the RMS Queen Mary. As it was configured then, there was a false floor that was raised about 8 feet off the actual deck of the compartment. Along with this false floor there was a stage of sorts, referred to as the "Disney Stage and there were wooden catwalks beyond that stage which would take you forward into the other areas of the boiler rooms.
It was during this time I was fortunate enough to be able to assist with the Friday Night Paranormal Investigation Tour. The boiler room of course was one of our weekly stops and it was my task to make sure there were no stragglers when we were leaving a compartment and moving on with the tour.
On this night, just as I was about to exit the boiler room and head into the exhibit hall, I happen to glance back toward the Disney Stage and saw this man appear on the catwalk just on the other side of the stage near the stairs which lead from the stage to that catwalk. I looked at him and he looked back at me. Or at least I think he did. As soon as he saw me he quickened his pace and headed to the starboard side of that compartment just on the other side of the stage. I called to him but he did not answer and I ran over to that catwalk and when I arrived at the spot where he had stood my attention focused on the end of the catwalk on the starboard side. Yes the area was dark but, not so that you could not have seen a person standing there. I made my way over to the end of the catwalk and looked around but did not see him.
There was a ladder which allowed you to climb down to the true deck in the boiler room and so I climbed down and looked all around and still no sign of our friend. He was gone in a matter of moments.
When I reviewed in my mind what I had seen, the picture in my minds eye was a man of average build and height and wearing a green long sleeve work shirt. I think he had brown or sandy blonde hair but I could not remember his face. I certainly felt we had made eye contact but I don't remember his eyes.
Sometime later, April of 2011 my associate and the host of the tour would have his own apparition experience with the boiler room. Again, just as i was exiting the door of the boiler room, he looked at me and was actually looking past me. "Jerry, there is somebody behind you in the boiler room!" he said.
Immediately returning to the boiler room I headed to the left (portside) as my associate indicated that is where this spirit or person was headed. Whoever he was, he was gone in a flash. The only place he could have gone was to jump onto the catwalks which are wooden planks and then go below them to get out of site. There was no indication that anyone had jumped onto those catwalks as they would have been reverberating and they were still.

May of 2009 sometime before my experiences in the boiler room I recorded what you might call a shadow person in a area of the forward part of the RMS Queen Mary on R-Deck. We referred to this location as the archive area and many old ship's furniture and deck chairs and other items once utilized on the ship are stored here. This sits above what is known as the forward Cargo hold and we have experienced some very interesting things in this location. On this particular night I was allowed by the host of the tour to walk the deck forward of this area and explore. It was on my way back that my camera recorded a most interesting thing. As you will see in the above video, I am approaching a box or cabinet with a red door. I have always referred to this box as a J-box or Junction box. These types of boxes can have electrical wiring running through them and may even have a circuit board as well.
In the video you will see a mansized man shaped shadow pop out from behind the J-box as I approach it. I did not see it when I was recording this or else I would have reacted to it. So, the shadow pops out and runs across in front of me. Then very quickly a shadow returns in the other direction. Also in front of me. Other investigators reviewed this at the time and felt it was an artifact effect caused by lighting and such. I am not so sure they are right. Not sure they are wrong either but, I take into consideration a couple of things about this effect or phenomena if you will.
1. As I approach the box you can see something just behind the top corner of the box and then it pops out and moves quickly in front of me and my camera. At normal speed the shadow or a shadow returns in the opposite direction.
2. In further study of the return shadow, I noticed that it appeared to be in the motion of somebody walking. I could almost see what looked like legs taking strides. I slowed it down and it appeared to be somebody walking even more so. Well, that is great but there is obviously nobody in front of me and one would have to assume that the light source is behind me and this shadow is being cast upon the bulkhead by that light source. you will notice that my shadow is not cast upon the bulkhead and I am not walking in the direction this shadow appears to be going.
This is why I do not dismiss this video as others might.

October 2010 I was invited by my friend Rob Wlodarski of IPRO to investigate the Rancho Camulos Museum near Piru California, in Eastern Ventura County. Rancho Camulos is originally a Spanish land grant awarded to the Del Valle family back in 1839. It was a huge piece of land at 48,000 acres and eventually the land would be split up among family members and then the eldest son Ygnacio would obtain various pieces of the grant on the western edge and create what we know as Rancho Camulos today.
It was during my initial time investigating here I was fortunate enough to record a wonderful piece of phenomena. A ribbon of light that seemed to undulate on its own, as if it were alive. This was recorded in the attic of the main adobe on the south side and as you will see by the video the illumination given off by this ribbon of light was not great enough to allow it to show up without me brightening the video. There was no sunlight coming into this attic and there was no reflective surfaces. All the surfaces were made of wood. Our only lighting came from flash lights and other pieces of equipment. None of which as you can tell had any effect on this video.
My camera is a Sony with night vision and it was stationary as this ribbon of light moved in front of it. One other very interesting thing is there is an EVP at the zenith point of when the ribbon cuts in front of my camera. The voice sounds female and its says "Gee, what happened.". The slang used in this EVP of "Gee" tends to make me believe this was nobody who could have been associated with the Del Valle family as they spoke Spanish. However, the family who purchased Rancho Camulos from the Del Valles in 1924 may very well have been more likely to say "Gee". And they spoke English.

I received an email from our host at the Pasadena Playhouse on April 5, 2017. Just a couple weeks after we investigated the Playhouse for the 2nd time this year. I sent her photos of what could only be described as a man sized shadow or black figure that blotted out light and which you could not see through. She let me know that her co-workers said the photos confirmed what they had seen in the mezzanine of the theater's main auditorium. Her co-workers have been sharing the the photos with other staff members and friends....................................

As we took a walk through of the Playhouse it was discussed what areas we wanted to focus on for the night and I was asked by another team member if I could take some photos up on the theater balcony, also known as the Mezzanine. He felt like something had been following us around during the walk through and may be in there. He suggested I start snapping photos as I was walking into the balcony area from the hallway. I took his advice and did so and I was running my digital recorder as well for EVP. I may have been in the balcony area a few minutes when after snapping some photos of the lower balcony seats on the south side of the building I did a quick review and saw something peculiar in the frame. It was not until later during review that I fully realized I had captured some kind of black mass of human size and shape that blotted out light and you could not see through it. As you moved from the first frame it appears to the third frame you could say that it seemed to have movement. I put the frames together in original lighting and also in frames where I increased the back ground light. I could see that as the figure moved from it's initial point in the first frame to where it ended up in the third frame it had moved to block out a small pipe like shadow on the wall of the banister in the first row. I had also taken other shots of this same location and you can see that logically there is nothing that would influence the appearance of this mass.
These black masses have appeared in other photos of fellow investigators over the years and cannot be explained. None that I have seen are quite like this. Again, you decide for yourself what you believe.
